While scrolling on Facebook, sponsored ad on right of page was the website of Rockhatter.com There was a large inventory of quality one of a kind hats along with pictures of the factory showing the workmanship quality. There was even a United States emblem with a United States flag on their website creating a "Made in America" persona. Clicked the hats I wanted and indicated 2 week shipping, nothing unusual at all. Paid with paypall and immediately a receipt in a symbol format was viewable. When contacting the company to cancel the order I received an email saying the order had shipped from overseas and I could not. Several weeks passed and I did receive 2 hats from the company - one was a cheap felt and the other was a cheap foam material. Neither were leather or the quality indicated on website. No phone for returns, just email. I have not recceived a response for my request of refund. I even requested a return shipping label, I will let them have them back but still not received a response.
