I googled 'Passport Renewal'. This website came up: https://secure.ivs.us/. I filled out all of the relevant information up to 'paying for the service' and realized it didn't feel right. I did some research and found 3 others with same issue. The address on the website is 1413 Ave Ponce de Leon, Suite 401 San Juan, PR 00907, United States. This is at the bottom of the website: IVS Passport & Visa Services is a trade name of GovAssist LLC. We are a private service company—not a government agency. All passports and visas are issued solely by appropriate government authorities. Service fees are separate from government fees. Several minutes after I closed my browser, I received a phone call - No answer from other end and then a call from 'main land china' and then a text from number that called.
