I bought a dog collar from shopwoofsandco.com in December 2025. I received the item. It cost $43.98. woofsandco.shop (they keep changing their web presence.) The website proceeded to charge my Paypal credit card $29.99 in January, February and March for $29.99 for a VIP membership. (for what? A dog collar membership?) I filed a complaint with Paypal. Then, Woofs and CO (out of Cheyenne, Wyoming?) charged me an additional $59 on March 5th and 6th. This felt like retaliation? I emailed them, then they told this was for a VIP Membership? I have opened complaints with PAYPAL and Mastercard, I am hoping you can help shut down this fraudulent "subscription" activity. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
