I ordered a bread slicing machine after seeing it on Instagram. The company is Luvina. The initial order was placed on 16 December 2025. After the first failed order from the manufacturer in China the “help” personnel said it was reordered. I finally received the item on 29 January. It was damaged (paint chipped off of the handle), and I was unable to attach the handle due to a heavy coat of paint applied to the threads for the handle screw hole. Further, the item was so heavily coated with varnish it stunk up the kitchen. We had to put it outside to keep from getting a headache from the fumes coming off of the item. The item was made crudely, with screws scraped from over-tightening. I’ve asked for a full refund and a return address with no response, yet. I wanted to ensure no others are scammed like this from a company called, “Luvina,” or anything sold by a tryluvina.com.
