Ordered a spalding alpha football for my son three weeks ago. Price was $90 which was at least $30 less than other vendors. Got a confirmation number for the order which I placed through paypal but no email confirmation of my order or tracking information. Sent an email to the email listed on the sluggersplus.com website a week ago requesting a confirmation email/inquiring regarding estimated time of delivery and got no response. Of note, there is only a PO BOX for an address and no contact phone number on the website. I did not notice this when I placed the order but wish I had! The website has a lot of sports equipment, especially baseball gear, on its website and appears to be a wholesale retailer but no product was delivered on my order and I am unable to communcate with the seller.
