On 11/19/2025, I ordered 2 hoodies from solmereshop.com website, transaction went through and funds were immediately removed from my account that same day. I have not received any emails regarding tracking information. I went to there website, put in my order number to locate and it says: Order cannot be found. The company website says to contact us with concerns at this email address: [email protected] , and when I do, I received an error, Undelivered. There is no phone number to contact. I ordered 6 hoodies and got confirmation emails and was charged. I never received anything and their provided email doesn’t work and now the site doesn’t even work. Yep, scammed by solmereshop.com. Hoodies say: You are enough! Dear person behind me, the world is a better place with you in it. Love, the person in front of you. Such a personal and meaningful gift for my family members and now we won’t have those gifts AND our money got taken. People suck. I received email order confirmation from: [email protected] . I have not received any emails regarding tracking information. I went to their website to get order status and its Shopify website is now unavailable. The emailed order confirmation says to contact us with concerns at this email address: [email protected] , but when I do, I received an error, Undelivered. The email from which order confirmation was sent also returned Undeliverable. There is no phone number to contact. THIS IS A SCAM SITE!
