item was a custom wedding dress hanger. NOT ANYTHING like their website pictures or Face Book Pictures. I received total crap. They offered for me to keep this with 15% credit. i said NO I want a full refund. They replied back we will offer 30% keep it. I said NO I want a full refund. They came back we will offer you 50% to keep it. I said no and put a dispute in with my credit card company. Tailorsgifts.com sell NOTHING like what they have on their website or Face Book.
