I did an online purchase from tiktok for $24.68 that posted to my bank account on December 8. I have never had an issue purchasing from tiktok until now. This charge was for a 4 lb weighted plushie. While I did receive a package, the item was defective. The plushie arrived as an empty shell with no internal weighting or filling, making it not as described and unusable for its intended purpose. The charge clearly appears on my bank statement, and I also received shipment tracking information, which confirms that the order was processed and stuck in transit even though it was delivered almost a month later. However, the merchant is now claiming that the transaction was declined and that I was never billed. This is incorrect and contradicts both my bank statement and the delivery confirmation. I contacted the merchant to request a replacement or resolution and provided three photos clearly showing the defective item. The response I received was unacceptable, and no resolution has been made. They contine to send the same response as well as stating that the item delivered is exactly as there website described. So not only do they contradict what they say, this item shows being purchased from a business called Rosa with an invalid email coming up as tryrosa.com but ut also billed my bank statwith a business name called msdarling.com. this company is still all over tiktok luring other people. They are clearly a scam and fraudulent company. [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Tryrosa] [Location: FL, USA - 33897]
Originally viewed on TikTok. Tried purchasing through TikTok shop for the first time. Redirected to Tryrosa.com. Original video said 10$ to purchase item. Shipping was first calculated as 5$. Ended up being around 15$. I emailed the provided help email. Generic response asking to click on another link and give last 4 digits of card used. Did not follow through because something felt off. Gave a chance for the item to come in. It takes weeks. Just received today and the item is nothing like original video claimed it would be. I remembered that my credit card had been compromised not long after the purchase of this item. Started digging. The item that the other person tried to purchase is completely unrelated to my purchase. It was women’s ready to wear. Strangely enough the purchase price of unrelated item was the exact same as my total price for the item I did purchase. Also noticed that the shipping information from my original item and the merchant contact info for the item that someone else tried to purchase are in the same state of Illinois. Ordered a weighted Highland Cow. We received a unweighted Highland Cow looks nothing like the website item. It is a cheap knock off that shipped from JIAXING. False shipping details it said it was shipped from a Chicago, IL facility. They will not do a return or send the correct product. Once the item was paid for, another company called Stayfemme.com tried to charge me $39.97 on my bank account. Thankfully my back denied the charge and cancelled my card for fraud. It was connected with order from tryrosa.com order for the Highland Cow. [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: Rosa] [Location: FL, USA - 32570]
