The sweater we received was not identical to the photo, some of the features were omitted, and the quality was poor. They advertise 100% refund for returns within 30 days, but you must pay shipping to their vendor in China ($45+). They do not have an address or phone number. Their website states they are in New York since 2001 but there is no data to support that on their website; the credit card was to the Netherlands. In searching for signs of a scam, apparently their website is relatively new, the owners are hidden, and there are multiple websites, including different countries, of different names with identical web pages. They state they have over 3174 reviews for 4.7 out of 5. Six are shown, and there is no mechanism for giving a review. Scam Adviser gives them a trust score of 57.
