I placed an order with them on September 14, 2025. The website glitched and did not appear to go through. I received no confirmation. I placed a second order. No confirmation. I contacted the company and they confirmed two orders. I asked for a refund of the second order since it was a duplicate. They said I would get one. I have yet to receive it almost 2 months later. The first order...I never received the dress I ordered. They kept promising to ship it, and have not almost 2 months later. I have got nothing but the run around with this company. I have screenshots of conversations where they claim they cannot refund me because there is a chargeback. I paid through Klarna. There is no chargeback. For over a year I participated in online surveys for YouGov and finally received enough points for a $50 Walmart gift card. The points were redeemed on January 30, 2026. YouGov has failed to authorize the payment of my gift card throu Tremendous who apparently is the vendor who supplies the gift card to authorized recipients. According to Tremendous they have not received a request to issue a gift card to my email address which is [email protected] . Despite numerous emails to YouGov concerning this matter all I have received from them are generic responses to saying I would receive my gift card from Tremendous three to five days after redemption. I’m well past the waiting period and still no results in spite of following all the steps they advised me to. It’s pointless to keep sending emails to them because they simply aren’t looking into the issue because if they were they could easily verify the 50,00 points were redeemed from my account but no $50 Walmart has been ordered to send me a email containing the gift card I earned through participation in their surveys. Please help me! BBB note: YouGov is based in the United Kingdom. Better Business Bureaus handle consumer complaints for businesses located in U.S.A., Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico only.
