When I attempted to log in to see if it worked, it didn't work. I realized then it may be a scam. The website I listed isn't a legit website even though it looks like it is. Upon looking into it more, I realized there was another US chamber of commerce website and now the lady isn't responding to email that works for Martin Collier Phillips.
