On 12/11/2025 I thought I was buying a Tactical Hiking Stick w/ Integrated Survival Kit kit buy 1 at 54.99 + $4.99 S&H. from the USA, via www.syndivashopus.com . I had not received it yet by 12/23/2025. When i looked them up their website gave me this email address [email protected] . Then i received other emails from their 'support center' [email protected] , they emailed me directly w a track package at https://t.17track.net/... , with additional info of tracking my specific package. My package was to arrive at a wrong address, which is why i emailed them. We have emailed back and forth since ( like 20 times) trying to get it right. It started off in China( which should have been my first clue seen as it was to be American made) on 12/17 it supposedly came to Ohio on 12/23 to Queens New York and Jamaica, New York, never heard of that. Has been back in Ohio since 1/18 & was at my zipcode supposedly on 1/20/2025 at 6:20pm. Have yet to see it? It is sadly now, 2/2/2026.) *Note their tracking Did Not Align w USPS, that should have been my first clue. The emails I went back and forth over 20 in total as of 1/31/2026 at [email protected] They always seemed polite and would ask me to be patient while they look into the matter. So that's why the email had been dragged out so long and I thought it was due to the wrong mailing address. They also have given me several phone numbers, all that either go to no where.
