My son wanted a sweater he liked so I ordered it. I went online and ordered an XL. I received the order confirmation and all was good. Then I received an email that said the order was preparing to ship but I noticed it had XS instead! I immediately sent an email to them to stop the process because it was supposed to be an XL. To me, their response was like they’re telling me to bad we’re sending what we’re sending! Ordered 4 of the heated blankets on 10/20/2025. Received tracking number from https://t.17track.net/. Reached out via email on 11/05/2025 and received: "Hi, Thank you so much for your patience — I completely understand your concern. There was a severe storm that affected our U.S. warehouse, which temporarily delayed order processing. We’re now express-shipping materials to our new facility to get all pending orders handled as quickly as possible. This has been an unexpected situation, but please rest assured we’re doing everything we can to get your order out soon. As a small token of appreciation for your patience, we’ll be including a few free goodies in your package once it ships. Thank you again for your understanding and support while we work through this. I purchased two sweaters online and never received my order the two sweaters. The company has no phone numbers just an email address. For Christmas, I ordered a pair of shoes for my 12 year old son. It says the company is in the US, however when I placed the order and got a tracking number, it was coming from China. I followed the tracking (https://t.17track.net/en#nums=JXCYG2040774295YQ ). I have sent emails to the support and they keep telling me "it's on the way" and they assured me it was not a scam. I asked for a refund as I have not received the package. The tracking now shows the package being returned to the shipper. I have not heard back from the contact person after asking for a refund. I have contacted my bank to see if they can reverse the charge. I uploaded the original order. I also have copies of the tracking info and the e-mails that have been sent but it would only allow me to upload 1 document. Saw an ad online about this product 20 days before Christmas. I placed an order and 2 days later, I was sent a confirmation that it was on the way. After 9 days of not receiving the product, I emailed them to follow up on an ETA. They wrote back with the following message: "Thank you so much for letting us know ?? I’m so sorry for the trouble with the tracking link — I completely understand how confusing and frustrating that must feel ?? Sometimes, the courier’s tracking system may temporarily show an “abnormal request” message due to data syncing delays or a brief network issue. Please don’t worry! I purchased a portable massage table. Did not realize where the company was located in England until I received a notice that it was being shipped from England. I received various messages on the t.17track.net website from Global Rapid delivery. The original shipping confirmation said 7-15 days. After numerous messages about customs, etc, it was finally delivered after 27 days, but I never received the product. I have emailed [email protected] , and was told they would investigate. This was over a week ago. Ordered 1/14/2026, Shipped 1/19/2026, Supposedly delivered 2/12/2026. No information on who the actual delivery service was.
