Unlawful Use of Ski Facilities and a possible technicality? I was in Colorado mountain town last week and borrowed a friend's ski pass. When I was in the lift line I was discovered to not have my own ski pass but to be using my friend's. I was taken to an officer and the charge of Unlawful Use of Ski Facilities was applied to me. I was told because I was from out of state I could plea by mail without appearing. Out of State Defendant policy: http://www.townofbreckenridge.com/index.aspx?page=483 I noticed that the "Complain and Summons" document I was made to sign has the incorrect date on it. The officer dated the document March 2nd and the actual date this occurred was April 2nd. Is that grounds for a technicality? Thanks so much, Matt
