I received an email with a link to a website designed to look like a Macy's warehouse. Received a receipt the a tracking number with a link. (https://www.track718.us/detail?nums=XY2387136907YQ&cb=4413&mail=6530) It all appeared legit until the tracking of package said delivered but nothing arrived so I looked for contact information and that's when I noticed they didn't have a phone number or location. I was a little surprised my package origin was China but thought maybe Macy's warehouse delivered out of country. I did a little research and realized this is a common occurrence. They did take the money out of my account but the vendor was credited as LOOKFESTIVE. On 1/7/2026 I purchased a Nicpro 78 PCS Aesthetic School Supplies, received an email shortly after from a Vanessa ( [email protected] ) w/ my order # and that it was successfully received. On 1/9/2026 I received an email stating Your package is on it's way along with a link to click that was supposed to be the "tracking number" and estimated delivery 3-15 working days. I tried to click on the link (www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=****************) but nothing was found/doesn't exist. I emailed this Vanessa 3 different times, never got any response so I tried to pull up that website again and that site doesn't even exist!!
