I bought an ebike from walmart.com from a company called ZDZA. I was making payments through walmart's website on the bike, and I still have two payments left. My motor power cord broke and I contacted them through walmart's contact seller option after checking out their website: ZDZA.org and finding the contact phone number was not enough numbers: (778) 804-346. So they gave me a phone number and an address and I checked them out with 411.com. The address showed up as a dental office in the midwest and the phone number turned out to be a bike store in chicago that didn't know anything about ZDZA. So finally, after weeks of contacting them over and over again, I got a response. They sent me a replacement motor after sending pictures of the connector I needed. It turned out it was the wrong connector. So I contacted them again and told them that.
