I called today as they took a payment that I never asked for I guess in march. They will not help me as it was an unauthorized payment. My information is out there and the first hong up on me the first attempt to resolve it. The second time I recorded it. They don't care and are unable to help me. Going to try to rebuild credit using chime. Received card and activated before I loaded this zip app tried to get money. I wasn't notified. I loaded card with a 100 dollars and before i even used my card half my money was gone. Once realized i took the balance out. There's been adleast four attempts from this zip to get more money. They sent a text first saying someone tried using my card at Target in Florida for $400.00. If its you type yes if not type no. I put in no and Chime Financial called my phone and said we see that you didnt try to make this purchase, so we need to secure your card. I'll send you another link to secure your account and when i clicked on the link they was asking me to pay and I asked why do need to pay to secure my account. Adia Hudsin said no money will be taken it will just secure your account. I ask how do i know this is really Chime and he said you can google the number and i did and it was Chime number so I reall thought it was Chime. I did press pay and when i did it took my money and the person hung up and my money was gone. I called Chime on February 3, 2026 right after it happened to put in a despite and on February 5, 2026 they denied my dispute after all the information i provided regarding this incident.
