The company posed as a student loan debt relief company. I was asked by the fake person to lie about how many people lived in my household to get a lower student loan repayment. I never provided the 2 pay stubs 0r my W2's that was requested because I realized it was fraud. Once I realized I was being scammed, I canceled my credit card and I have been harassed every since by this company. Now, they have turned me over to Diversified Adjustment Service, Ince debt collectors to collect an estimated amount, $1,214. Debt Eaze email me that they are a student loan servicer listed from Federal student aid and that they can pay my Federal student loan by lowering down the payment of my student loan. I found out that I can't use Debt Eaze for a federal student loan relief. I applied and gave them my bank account information. When I call Federal student aid, Debt Eaze is not listed as one of the student loan servicer. The money that I paid to this company was not even posted to my student loan. This company scam me. Someone called me from DebtEaze after I had went on student aid website to see if they had programs that would help me payoff my student loan. I think they said their was some programs or debt consolidations, but I did an internet search and DebtEaze was one of the sites that said what they could do and how everything works etc. They even wanted me to send them my check stubs but even after I sent the money every month for 9 months I never sent them my check stubs just made payments with my debt cards. They even had someone else get on the phone and say yes this is how much money you owe on your loan and when you pay the interest up to day they do the rest.
