Promised all refinancing was locked in at 4.99% and mortgage payment between $1000 to $1100 after several delays and having to call the company was first threaten with the appraisal which I am a veteran and disabled veteran and that is covered by the VA, but the finally tell me they are ready for closer and a notary would be by for me to close the deal, they baited and switched with a a loan of $165,000 at 6 percent interest and payment $1440, when questioned they have no excuse and continue to harass me to sign the agreement and even lied that in six months it would drop magically to the 4.99% and $1000 to $1400.
