I was approached in person about a chimney repair. I was presented with company literature and assured that the company was licensed and bonded. The price was much more than other established businesses and the work had major flaws, which I only learned a week later when another company videotaped my chimney. I made calls to 206-249-2962, 206-610-8821, and 425-393-9985. They disappeared. I called the manager of the physical address they gave,14205 Southwest, 36th St. Bellevue, WA 98006, to learn that numerous others were trying to contact them. Apparently, they vacated that location months ago and the manager is also trying to locate them. I do not know how to upload a copy of their business fliers and video of the work. They claimed to be Scottish immigrants, Truck license # B16637X [BBB Scam Type: Home Improvement] [Business: Ace Masonry Construction LLC Date Re] [Location: WA, USA - 98125]
