I spoke with the individual, Jordan Panella, who presented himself as a representative for Securities International Group, LLC. He stated he had a benefit for members of the Hard Rock Hotel/RCD Co. organization. He stated that as a Hard Rock Hotel Owner/member, I was owed past-due dividends that were in the amount of $135,050. The Scam stated that all members must be paid these dividends, in order to make members "whole", prior to the RCD Co being approved to go public by the Securities and Exchange commission. Attached is an email that was forwarded to me, from a a second individual stating he was a "representative" within Barclays Investments. Given the domain (.org) as well as a follow-up call with Barclays, this individual isn't on the employee directory with Barclays. I'm firmly believing this is a "phishing" attempt to have me deposit monies, he stated a 5% deposit ($6752.50) is required, to establish a "holding account" at Barclay's, into which the later "stock sale" proceeds would be deposited. The contact/individual who stated he's with Barclays is: Steven Miller (212) 470-3891, which I can't establish as an actual Barclays phone number as Barclays stated they have no information on this individual. He stated this was an opportunity to "convert"/monetize shares I own in an RCD/Hard Rock Hotel membership that I currently own. He indicated that the stock was "categorized in error", and as an investor...I was due dividends or the SEC would potentially take action against RCD. A third individual was presented as an RCD representative, in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, his contact number is: (011 52) (322) 428-0014. He was the second point of contact I was instructed to contact, to determine if I "owned shares" that had not been "forfeited" back to RCD hotels/Hard Rock Hotel.
