Received call from 212-497-5212, woman said she was calling from JP Morgan Chase bank to verify some Zelle transactions pending. I had none, she acted like she was dealing with it as a fraud case, she had some basic info about me, publicly available stuff. Transferred me to "Zelle" to have them cancel the pending transactions. Man tried to get me to open my banking app, go to Zelle and Send Money and Add a new recipient. I stopped there and realized that it was the scam.
