On December 30, 2025, I used a gift card from the holidays to purchase a pair of boots on Hardclikk.com. I paid 45.69. When I logged onto their website, I could see my purchase and that the boots had not been shipped. On January 23, 2026, I contacted the company via email to check the status of my purchase and received no reply. I emailed them again on March 24, 2026, at [email protected] and asked them to contact me regarding the shipping status or a possible refund. The reviews of Hardclikk.com that I have read online are not favorable. I am not sure if the contact information provided on the website is even legitimate. There was also a phone number, 214-308-8932, from the website that had a prerecorded message asking me to verify my account. I put in my phone number associated with my purchase, but it responded by saying that it did not recognize that information and then tried to elicit more personal information. At no point did the prerecorded message reference hardclikk.com at all. The whole experience was very suspicious and I would like to warn other consumers of this potential mail fraud. THIER CONTACT E-MAIL " [email protected] " IS NOT VALID. PHONE # 214-308-8932 TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WHICH I HAVE TO NO AVAIL. ALSO CALLED # 214-430-8932 WHICH STATED THAT VOICE MAIL BOX HAS NOT BEEN SET-UP YET. ADDRESSOF FROM HONG KONG FIRM: "QRA*HKDTHYMEHAVEN RM26 2 F NO 118 WAI YIP HONG KONG HK". ALSO USED E-MAIL: [email protected] . It is not a valid communication mail. I am assuming that both firms are working together to scam people.
