Then, I tracked the item and a few days later, I saw it was delivered but had not received it. I then contacted the person who had sent me the confirmation email and got this message: OK,please hold on, we are confirming the details with our courier, thank you. Then nothing. The help email on the wbsite is not valid and I searched the email and found others reporting it. When I had looked for the original website in scam alerts, I got no red flag.
