The Christmas was coming and my stepson wanted to get Chinchila as a present so my husband found an app where they were selling Chinchila for lower price we texted the person they seemed very trustworthy and we also signed some papers . The price of Chinchila was 200$ but we needed to pay extra 100$ for delivery, we paid half so it would be on hold and few days before Christmas we paid the whole price and the Chinchila was supposed to arrive next day. All of the sudden we are getting messages from this weird app named gloxplogistic.com and it said we have to pay extra 400$ for Chinchila to arrive and then they would give us money back when it would be delivered and the reason that we had to pay was the bad weather and they had this special container that they had to put Chinchila in and then they would give us money back it seemed really suspicious we checked the weather everything was fine we were asking questions they seemed rude about it and we got really worried about it few minutes later nobody was texting me anymore I tried to get in touch but I was ignored so next day my husband texted that lady who was selling Chinchila to let him know what’s going on she was seeing messages but never texted back. We got scammed my stepson was really upset we were waiting for Chinchila it was supposed to be a big surprise but they ruined it and stole our money. Also from the company who was supposed to deliver our Chinchila send us there number with 224-324-6649 and the name was Malcom Harrington we called the number because they never responded our text messages and when we made a call there was someone else who answered the phone and he was confused like I was.
