I am receiving repeated, unsolicited robocalls from an entity identifying itself as Veronica Garcia of the “Loan Review” department. These calls occur multiple times per day and appear to be automated. Numbers include: 347-914-8090, 717-500-4110, 434-308-5354, 943-276-4154, 434-308-5354, 943-276-4154, 502-798-5772, 855-375-3259, 470-481-3310, 440-369-8360, 240-570-4556, 980-510-0188, 708-464-3918, 866-686-0427. I have made multiple attempts to stop the calls. When I request to speak with a live representative and ask to be removed from their call list, the call disconnects immediately. There is no opportunity to complete the request with a person. I have also attempted to opt out using the phone keypad options provided during the calls, but despite this, the calls continue without interruption. The repeated calls, failure to honor opt-out requests, and lack of access to a live representative suggest this is a scam or an abusive robocalling operation that disregards consumer requests. I am requesting that this activity be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to stop these calls.
