Complex Care Solutions claimed they were affiliated with Ambetter MHS, which is my insurance. They called many times asking to have me call them back and when I tried to get information from them, they were somewhat evasive however they already knew healthcare information about me such as that I had a telehealth call in November 2025 and they also knew about ER visits in my medical chart. When I called Ambetter to see if they were affiliated with Complex Care Solutions I was told they were not. This is just concerning that they have medical information out there and I’m not sure the purpose of the call. They did not ask for money, but they did push for me to have an in-house nurse medical visit. I declined because I see my own primary care physician on a frequent basis. Now I’m nervous, but I did give them my date of birth, which I wish I hadn’t anyway I just wanted to let you know about this.
