I found HoneyRora off of an Instagram advertisement showing several moth hair clips. Their website, honeyrora.com, seemed legitimate. I purchased one hair clip from them, in addition to freight insurance. I was sent an order confirmation with my order number. I then did not hear anything about my order for several weeks (where it was being processed, what facilities it had arrived to, etc). I saw a warning on a different Instagram page—this woman hand makes moth hair clips, and her photos are being stolen and used across other sites. I looked over her website and the photos of her hair clips were on HoneyRora’s website. I contacted HoneyRora several times via email and Instagram messenger. An individual named “Luna” answered my email, which requested an explanation for the identical photos and a refund. “She” said they had no affiliation to this other woman and did not issue a refund. The product arrived more than a month later, on January 2. It arrived in a GoFo Express shipping package. The return address reads: Ship From Jerry (001) - Yasfbara 9208 Charles Smith Ave Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730 The package has a QR code and my tracking email has a site (to track my package also, I guess)—I haven’t clicked on either. The site in question that I received in my email was www.17track.net/en#nums=4PX3002376742017CN The product I received was nothing like advertised. Temu quality. Not a $26 item at all; not even a $1 item, in my mind. I have emailed and messaged HoneyRora back saying I will ship this thing back to “Jerry in CA” but I want a refund.
