I was provided an order number and did receive confirmation that my order shipped then confirmation when the product was supposedly delivered to my mailbox but I never received them. Spoke with USPS who said the tracking number provided wasn’t a valid tracking number. I contacted Rowgins customer service via email and they did respond saying, “ We sincerely apologize for the delay in dispatching your order.
