I purchased a coat for my wife from closora and the product quality was clearly inferior - think paper thin vinyl and a fabric faux "Sherpa". It was clearly cheap junk that they charged $120. When I returned it, they offered for us to keep it and give us 50% credit for another item. I declined that option and they said I need to return to China and I'd get the credit when they returned it. Shipping to China is $200+. I tried to call several times and received a "User Busy" response from my phone, so, obviously, that's a fake number.
