In March 2025, we thought we purchased fractional ownership in the Marine Collection between Administradora y Comercializadora del Mar SA de CV. As part of the agreement we were to be divested of our timeshare ownership with another company. We were to be paid for nights not used in Marine collections floating week Kovay Vacations whose address is Km. 1.2 Carr. Punta de Mita, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit, Mexico 63732 in the municipality of Bahia de Banderas. The entity that was to execute the divestment and pay us for nights not used is BLUE POINT CONVERTERS. This company has failed to complete their part of the transaction and have promised to pay us the amount of $71,050.00 USD - this sum is for the divestment from our old timeshare as well as for the nights not used in 2025 that we purchased and returned for use to Kovay Vacations. The divestment has not occurred. Blue Point Converters' phone numbers - 866-217-5081; 888-969-2163; (+52) 331-493-0646 are all non-functional. The first email came March 20, 2025 requesting all information (bank account for wire transfer, cash rewards submission, and contracts for both Kovay and time share being divested) for the execution of the contract. This was supposed to occur March 20, 2026 per an email I received on October 1, 2025 stating Accounting had programmed a payment to our account for this date and giving a financial breakdown of the proceeds. This has not occurred. Upon emailing them, I received "message not delivered" and when calling them, all numbers are no longer in service. When emailing them to see what has happened to the transaction, they reply with an automated response. All the phone numbers are disconnected. So I have no way of contacting them and they have not deposited any money into my account.
