I was searching for rims for my harley and found the facebook page "OEM bagger pars and swap meet garage". I also asked about a rear fender and saddlebags. Told me $1300 for all. I asked to pay half up front and the other half after receiving tracking number. I paid $650 through apple pay to the phone number David Joel 346-455-0904. Later I received a picture of the shipping invoice and then paid the other $650. The shipper is Express Waves Cargo Logistics. I have been using the website to track shipment and was suppose to receive 2/10/2026. Never received, tried contacting the shipper through website. There are only 2 options, either live chat or email. Sent email, automatically get a failed to send. Tried Chat, took 2 days to get a direct response. They finally told me through chat that the package still has to go through next phase before shipping which is to pay the insurance fee of $200. I contacted the seller, told me that he never knew that. I assumed that this "seller" who would be using the same shipper would know about the fee. I asked the seller "what next?" He then told me to go ahead and pay the fee. I contacted the shipper through chat and asked how to pay. They said to pay using either zelle, paypal, apple pay, bitcoin. I am now realizing that this is a scam. I googled the shipping website and saw another BBB scam regarding the exact same shipper and never receiving the package. I am now out of $1300.
