This company said if I sent in my money ($500) that they would grow my account by investing in stock and crypto. they grew the account up to $806. Now that I want my monies back I am getting no results and the main contact person that I was dealing with (Derick Williams - Account Mgr- 713-538-8052) the number is now disconnected and when I try to work thru their customer service (346-766-0718) they tell me that I need to work back thru my account manager but Derick's phone number has been disconnected. I am totally getting the run around and they refused to send my money back. Contacted by phone. Representative spoke of a stock investment company that generated lucrative returns. My account shows profits current of $7,889.00. As of December 24th the customer service number of 346 766 0718 plays a voice message that claims "all of the representatives are helping other customer and that I will receive a call back". I have never received a call back and no one answers their customer service number. I've tried to withdraw my balance and the site shows "in processing" for the last 4 weeks now.
