I was looking for a weight loss drug. Roenrx offered a $39 membership fee. Nothing in the advertisement suggested the cost of the drug. I agreed to the $39. That was 4/4/26 on a Saturday night. The next day my bank account showed a debit of $670. I sent them an email asking what this was for. They said it was for 3 months worth of the weight loss drug. The Next day on Monday 4/6/26 I called the number listed on my bank statement 406-720-4493. I talked to Janelle and told her i wanted to cancel and get a refund. She said that was fine and would take care of it. I should seen a refund in 1 to 2 business days. On Wednesday about 4:00 pm, a federal express truck pulled up in front of my house. The driver brought me a package. I asked who sent it. He said Roenrx. I refused the package. The Fedex tracking number is 38024980781. I told Roenrx that I refused the package. The company told me that since it was a prescription drug I couldn't send it back nor could I get a refund. I called the 406 number again but couldn't get a person so I left a very angry message. AT 7:00 the same night, I got a call from Zealthy, Inc. 877-870-0323. The person spoke very poor English. She said she couldn't help me with a cancellation or a refund, but could forward it to the proper channels. I received a text this afternoon from Roenrx saying they are sorry for any "frustration" this situation has caused. But the pharmacy had already sent the product even though I had ask to cancel. No refunds or returns. Well, I'm out $670 and I sent the product back. This is a major scam. No communication exists within this company. I notified my bank and told them it was a fraudulent charge.
