I ordered a GLP-1 medication from this company; they charged a membership fee of $39.00 and then charged me again $135.00. I never received any of the medication they were claiming I would receive. I called 877-870-0323, explained my situation, and asked for a refund. She said they do not issue refunds. I asked to speak to her manager, but she said she was not able to transfer me to anyone either. I have a dispute/complaint with my credit card. They take your money, won't issue a refund, and I cannot talk to a manager...This sounds like a GLP-1 scam, unfortunately, I didn't realize this when I called them for a refund and that nothing was received. Not enough protection to consumers, constantly scammed out of money. There needs to be a better system in place to weed out these BS companies.
