Caller used a fake local number to contact me but left a message from Tara @ 404-941-0951, I called she claimed I owed over $5,000 to a payday loan company but would let me settle the debt for $3,000. I requested documentation of this so called debt to be mailed to me via USPS and she stated that they don't do that. She then began to threaten me that I will be sued, that she had all my personal information, that "anything" that I owned of value will be confiscated and sold, that they would freeze my bank account(s), and contact my place of employment to have my wages garnished. I told her that I know my rights and she violated every one of them. She stated that I know nothing because these are lawyers and they know the laws.
