I was online looking for a trusting company to apply for a personal loan. I completed several online apps and waited to here response. i received a voicemail from Edward Marshall 409-276-7813. He left me a message regarding my loan application and that it was pre-approved. I called the number and we spent an hour on the phone discussing the loan terms. He said I was approved for $3000 loan at 5% interest, and that my payments would be $175.00 month. I asked for a website from them and they provided me with www.instacashpoint.com. It appears to be a legitamate website out of Beaumont Texas. We discussed my banking info in order to make the $3000 deposit to my account and how the $175 would be electronically deducted from my account. I've taken out online or app instant payday loans in the past , with success and no problems when I give them my banking info. I've provided my banking info to other parties with success and no issues. The only difference is those loans were no more than $500. Edward wanted to test the deposit and withdrawal features of my account. We also discussed the different ways for me to makemy monthly payments. He wanted to deposit $1000 into my account. He knew that my bank would not make the full $1000 available for 24 hour or so. He made the deposit to my bank account. $729 was put on hold, $279 was made available to me. We discussed using my CASH APP account as a way to make my monthly payments. Again, i didnt see a problem with that. I use my CASH APP all the time to make payments to businesses and people. I transfered $279 from my account to my CASHAPP . Edward provided me with the account ID $ndjgd for Michelle Cortese. He received it and advised me that they will contact me in 48 hours to discuss the rest of $729 that remained in my account for them to deduct. I left it alone. Now I see that the bank deducted the full $1000 from account, which included [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: InstaCashPoint] [Location: CA, USA- 93706
