Marc Jefferson 502-428-1789 continued to text me to get money to transport mu puppy that my breeder dropped off at his facility, first a cage to transport, then insurance and only the highest rate was available, then a delay fee, then the dog needed vaccines before it could travel, then more delay fees, then another 2,000.00 was needed finally I had to stop I gave this man every dime that I had and I ran out of money, he said it was all refundable upon arrival of my puppy so I kept going, it turns out I never received my puppy or my 4085.00 back I am devasted.
