A father (Jack) and Son (Jordan) were canvassing our neighborhood passing out flyers for their company. My wife and I spoke with them about doing a fall cleanup. Their total price of $1,500 was much lower than other quotes. We agreed to use their services and paid 1/2 of the $1,500 ($750). They continued to schedule but kept coming up with excuses. I have their telephone numbers: Jack: (509) 703-3865. Jordan (208) 831-6231. Their company name is JBJ Landscaping. They don't have a website or an email address. Their company name is the same as a reputable company. They continue to tell us that the refund is in the mail. Our original conversation was the first part of November.
