If you need medical insurance to help you with any health conditions and shopping around for a plan that covers all your needs DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM Horizon Health Solutions LLC - Many representatives answer this number 1 (520) 436-8587 and multiple representatives REAL PEOPLE will call you back offering PPO and HMO plans CLAIMING that work with big companies well just know instead of giving you a plan after searching up your doctor and providers and CLAIMING the medial insurance they will give you will cover all your health needs. SCAM!!!!! They give you false information and charge you a monthly premium plus a service fee of 99$ for a one time payment. EMILY CUTLER an actual licensed agent if that’s even her name John, and Marie they are all giving false hope to people possibly make commission based salary. These people are terrible people, they will be reported to the bussiness bureau, and the state of Florida for their actions.
