12/16/2025 Today, I received a call today (at work) from a woman (named Vanessa) claiming to be with Merchant Services. Phone Number: 520-496-3539 She wanted me to check my merchant Account Statements for an $850 Refund/Adjustment on my Account for Over Payments via Card Connect. She wanted a copy of Our October/November 2025 Merchant Account Statements emailed to her ( [email protected] ). She wanted to wait on the phone line while I Emailed over Statements she had Requested. (Claim# PCI09015) in Email subject line. She also provided a Cell phone number to text Photos of the Merchant Account Statements if that was easier for me. Cell # she Provided: 928-396-3103. 8/6/2025 Today, I received a call today (at work) from a man claiming to be with Clover Merchant Services. Phone Number: 520-308-6117. He wanted me to check my merchant Account Statements for an $850.13 Refund/Adjustment on my Account for Over Payments via Card Connect. He wanted a copy of Our June/July 2025 Merchant Account Statements emailed to him at ( [email protected] ). (Claim# PCI12091) in Email subject line. He also, wanted to wait on the phone line while I Emailed over Statements he had Requested. I Refused him. He called back several times & I ignored calls, but my Boss answered and provided our email address to Scammer. Then he sent email request for our current merchant statement. Called repeatedly.
