I attempted to buy a non-lethal gun from this company elmpulse.com +8(525) 761-4867 through Instagram. They charged me twice .They refunded me once for $59.98. I never received the non lethal gun. No package delivery. Never given a tracking number . I reported this to PayPal. PayPal stated the company sent the package and it was delivered. I reported it to PayPal again. I never received anything. I found out that New York City doesn't allow non lethal guns, so no deliveries can be sent to NYC. This company lied and said they delivered the non lethal gun to my address [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Elmpulse.com] [Location: NY, USA- 11232]
