On November 27 2025, I attempted to print my boarding pass via the volaris app, but the option was not available. I call the volaris # listed on their website and I spoke to Rogelio Gutierrez #203. He stated that the app was not working correctly and that since I had made changes to my itenerar that I had to pay an additional $9000 peso == approx..$500 dollars using a different credit card at a convenient store, OXXO. He mentioned giving me a voucher for $6000 peso for their mistake but I still had go make the payment otherwise my tickets would not be valid. I explained that the payment had already been process, but i just couldnt print my boarding passes. He stated that I had to either pay via OXXO or go directly to the airport and pay. I told him I didnt have a diffferent credit card and that I need to call back. After a few hours, he returned my call from phone # 52 564 549-7699 asking if I made the payment. This is the link to the payment he wanted me to make. On the volaris app it state that they do not accept outside payements. When I tried to put a complaint to volaris they responded by saying they couldnt help and I have the ticket of request in an email. but there is no one that you can call and talk to personally.
