Carla from Sahan Foundation called on 3/17/26. Phone(612-421-1399) She knew my name and service I receive from Anoka County. Promised 500$ financial assistance if I complete their application. Also promised PCA help. Set up phone appointment for next day . Then on 3/18/26 “Jessie” who sounded exactly like Carla,called from a different phone number 612-421-1510. She started by saying she could offer me rent assistance. She also said they couldn’t set me up with PCA services. She then asked me about my income, which I unfortunately gave answers to. Then also asked for my email, specific services I received from Anoka County, my Case Manager’s information. I was with my arms worker who alerted me to ask some more questions. When I asked what department they were from, they said Department of Homeland Security. I then stopped giving them information. Attached is the email Carls sent after the first call.
