FB losting for a rental on the marketplace, asked for phone number 'because they are not on FB much'. Account created in 2025, but house does exist, so I reached out to ask about the rental. I was texted by 6462714438, by a supposed Alisha Higgins, who claimed to be the owner. I was told private 2 bdrm apt. I asked to schedule a viewing this weekend. "Alisha" said they needed me to pay for background check and one month rent before even seeing the house, which I why I am reporting as a scam.
