I received a letter January 31 2026 stating “my application” (unspecified as to type- which I did not submit) contained “anomalies” and they are requiring the following docs be faxed to 701-461-3631: photo ID,Soc Sec card, 2 yrs fed inc tax return, and last 2 months personal checking account statements. I did not send, however am concerned as to whether any such applications were fraudulently sent in my name [BBB Scam Type: Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter] [Business: US Bank IMPOSTER] [Location: PA, USA- 19508]
