I received a phone call from a phone number that was listed on my phone as "Scam Likely" (712 554 0246) and I let it roll to voicemail. The voice message left stated it was calling from the department of documents procedures and conduct and that I had failed to comply with sending information back and I "needed" to contact (866) 287 2306 to speak with an agent. The message continues by stating that I had failed to comply and they would send a process server to either my home or work, then provided the (866) 287 2306 phone number again with a threat of actions being taken for non-compliance. Please note that there were 2 different automated message voices being used in this voicemail (phone number to call back was provided by a female automated voice that was not very clear).
