Received a call stating they were from the local department of documents, procedures, and conduct regarding the absence of my response to the notify previously mailed to me. Stated to please contact 866-287-2306. My immediate attention is required. Press one now to be connected to a live agent. Failure to respond to this notice will result in the hand delivery of documents to my primary residence or place of employment, which can be considered a failure to comply. This same call was delivered to a distant ex-family member of mine as well with the same information. They did not even have my accurate married last name.
