Ordered 3 bottles of Mounjaboost 10/29/25 for $187.49 with an option to order an additional 6 bottles for $190.72 I pressed the additional 6 bottle option by mistake and called the customer service phone number719 215-9048 to cancel the 6 bottle additional order. I was told that the order could not be cancelled and I needed to have the order delivered. Send it back with a tracking number which I did and and then I would receive a refund. I returned the entire order 3 bottles plus the additional 6 bottles, as the were shipped together. I returned the entire order December 2, 2026 . I received confirmation that the return was accepted at the Aurora, CO address and then emailed to confirm that I had received confirmation that the return was received. Since that correspondence I have received numerous emails, the last being that the 60 day return window was over and I would not receive a refund. I did receive the partial refund of $187.49 then I was instructed it was past the 60 day window and I could have a credit and use it toward any of their products. Mounjaboost promised to refund your money for unused products within 60 days. I've been emailing this Lara Morgan from customer support for a month without any resolution. I call the customer service number 719 215 9048 and they just tell you, you have to contact someone at the [email protected] . The website is fake it's not Oprah supporting this product, It's probably AI. I know she will not stand behind a company with false promises.
