On 4/7/26 I Received a voicemail stating my att discount I have with them is expiring and to contact them to keep my discount continuing. I’ve actually got a discounted service with AT&T so I contacted them @ 1-737-254-2189 to see what was happening. The man by the name of Kevin was assisting me. He said he was looking at my bill and could offer a couple new options for me. One option was their new promotion partnership with Door Dash which I thought a little odd but I bit. The deal was to sign up for a door dash credit card and have a $1050.00 balance or do $1050.00 on gift cards. And my new monthly payment would be $175 for three years with I chose the gift cards route and he gave me a number for AT&T billing 1-877-604-2320 to give the certificate numbers to redeem my offer. On 4/8/26 I received a call stating two of the $200 cards were not useable and I needed to purchase these cards again which I did not do. I’ve been scammed.
